The Grosvenor Park Maintenance Trust (MTA) manages shared elements in North Bethesda’s Grosvenor Park. These include streams & ponds, the peripheral road (including Grosvenor Place, which is the West portion of the road), and structures such as the eight pedestrian bridges.
MTA is authorized under a 1979 Amendment to Deed of Easement. The 1964 Deed of Easement identifies the facilities and features that the MTA manages for the benefit of Grosvenor Park, but the MTA does not own real property.
The MTA has a Board of Trustees consisting of one Trustee from each of the eight Grosvenor Park residential developments (five condos, an apartment building, and two townhouse communities).
